Rate Includes $100 Allowance Towards Electric, City Water, City Sewar, Garbage, No More Than 2 Guests Per Lot, Additional Guests Require Written Permission and Cost $5 Per Day, No More Than 2 Vehicles, Pet Friendly, Access To Amenities

Tax Rules: >182 days are tax exempt. 182 days or less are taxed as follows: 7% Florida State Sales Tax and 5% Brevard County Tourist Development Tax

$100 allowance towards electric usage is included in the rate. Anything over $100 will be paid by guest within 3 days of notice. Security deposit will be collected at time of registration and applied towards the final bill upon departure.

• The State of Florida charges 7% Sales Tax and Brevard County charges 5% Tourist Tax for length of stays less than 183 days.

• Length of stays greater than 183 days are tax exempt with a Florida Lease Contract
