PET RULES *

Occupant shall at all times be responsible for the actions of their pet(s) and agrees to abide by the following rules. Owners must have $100,000 liability policy on their dog. 1) Pet(s) will not disturb the rights, comfort and convenience of neighbors. 2) Any aggressive dogs will be subject to immediate dismissal from the campground. 3) Pet(s) shall be kept on a leash of no longer than six (6) feet in length and under the guest occupant's control at all times when outside. Management reserves the right to pick up loose pets and/ report them to the proper authorities. 4) Pet(s) may not be left outside unattended at any time. 5) Guest(s) may not have animals off leash or unattended on a leash. 6) Portable pet fences are not allowed 7) Guest(s) shall be responsible for removal of pet(s) waste on a daily basis within the site they are occupying and anywhere within Palm Bay Park property lines. Tenant(s) must pick up feces immediately after animal eliminates. 8) Guest(s) is prohibited from keeping venomous animals or any breed of dog that is deemed “dangerous” under Florida law on the Premises. A “dangerous dog” shall be defined under this Agreement as defined under Chapter 767, Florida Statutes. https://flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2021/Chapter767 9) All pet(s) must have an up-to-date vaccine/shot records on file with Palm Bay Park. 10) It is guests responsibility to read and understand FLORIDA STATUES, CHAPTER 767, DAMAGE BY DOGS; DANGEROUS DOGS 11) DAMAGES: Occupant shall be liable for the entire amount of all damages caused by their pet(s) and all cleaning needed because of their pet(s) and all cleaning needed because of their pet(s) including, landscaping. Payment for damages or cleaning shall be due immediately upon demand. Occupant shall be strictly liable for the entire amount of any injury to the person or property of others caused by their pet(s) and shall indemnify Palm Bay Park Management and Owners of all costs of litigation and attorney's fees resulting from same.
